- IT consulting and advisory
- Cloud infrastructure and migration
- System integrations and API development
- Technical support and maintenance
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Nauman Tech Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Client Deliverables
Upon full payment of all fees, ownership of custom-developed software and deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and non-proprietary methodologies acquired during the engagement.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in each individual Service Agreement
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due
5. Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of a new engagement, you may request a full refund of the initial deposit, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of project commencement
- Refunds apply to the initial deposit only; work already delivered and accepted is non-refundable
- The guarantee does not apply to change orders or scope expansions
- We reserve the right to attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nauman Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
